2 New Candidates to Consider

There are 2 new faces running for a seat on the Board of Directors for HOA2 – Shirley Dunbar and Grover Ligon.  What impresses us most about these two candidates is their desire to increase transparency between the General Manager, the Board and the homeowners.  Something that has been terribly lacking the past few years.

A prime example of the lack of transparency has been the whole pickleball conflict and equally important, the Board’s desire to keep the Reciprocal Agreement discussions between HOA1 and 2 closed to homeowners.

We need people on the board who understand the importance of communicating with the homeowners on a timely basis.  We need people on the board who believe we need a well structured Reciprocal Agreement that benefits both HOA2 and HOA1.  We are all neighbors and should treat each other as such.

We encourage you consider BOTH of these great candidates so change can be implemented on the HOA2 Board.

I wholeheartedly support Shirley Dunbar whom I know to be an interesting person of the highest integrity. She will provide badly needed direction to the HOA board. Jay Wilson

A neighbor organized a meet up with the two candidates. They both seemed very enthusiastic. Both bring some new ideas on community communications. With important issues currently underway, communications will be important. Like reciprocal use agreement. I think improved communications is the common thread between the two . Communications, fiscal efficiencies, and getting informed input from the community, They are open to outside meetings with smaller social distanced groups. They have a small fund me site to help pay for signs,

I am looking to vote for a person who does not have a hidden agenda trying to obtain support for their club once in office. We need to heal from the current corrupt board with people who truly have the best interest of the community. We have lived here for two years and have never experienced any “community” spirit which has been the most disappointing experiences of living here. It is sure beautiful but not the people.

Are these two people in the pickleball club? I loved to play pickleball before moving here but would never join this club based on our toxic experience.
